Grid manager helps us in processing the orders faster. Our warehouse keeper is able to process more orders. Grid manager is so useful, that imho it should be part of core Magento functionality. Excellent extension, only missing 1 thing...Quality80%I've tried 4 different order grids, this one has the editor, so with that said, it won out. But!, other order grids have the ability to add a tracking number without having to go into the order (i.e. Amasty order grid). Not that this is an everyday need, just once in awhile u may have an outside shipment that doesn't generate the tracking number, so an easy paste in on the grid is awesome.
In talking to the dev., this little input text box may get added to the already present (read only) tracking column. When/if this gets added, this will clearly be the Mack daddy of admin order screens. My 4 stars will also go to 5 of course! I still highly recommend this.Charlena from Florida , United States

Now for the first time, we can change almost any data on an order, including with just one click change the order status where before we had to go to multiple screens and make changes. I also like that we can now change the shipping method for an order as well. We also now can add and edit items, including custom taxes including the magento rules and works good with the AVA Tax Manager Extension. I really love the fact that when we now edit an order it does NOT need to generate a new order number which was a real pain before. They even give me the ability to limit certain staff from editing an order ! Also, the support team has been incredible.

One mod we did: On the Address templates, we copied and pasted the HTML address to the bottom of the edit order field. The address shows twice but this way, if you need to copy/paste an order into stamps or other program, you don't have to do it line by line.
One thing that is missing is the customer comments field. We cannot figure out how to view those now.
